乏油条件下齿轮传动的润滑与胶合失效分析

The gear transmission mathematical model was established. Taking the initial position and effective oil-film thickness as an compared input parameter, an starved elastohydrodynamic lubrication (EHL) full numerical solution of the gear transmission was obtained in line contacts under thermal condition based on improved Newton-Raphson iterative meth- od. The results show that with the increase of the degree of inlet starvation, the oil film thickness is reduced and the aver- age temperature is raised, and oil film pressure distribution tends to dry friction state of Hertz contact. The experimental result of critical oil supply of gear transmission through the mist lubrication experiments is consistent with starved EHL nu- merical calculation result, and the result shows that the temperature rise of the gear contact area is a direct cause of gear thermal scuffing failure under a starvation condition.建立齿轮啮合传动的数学模型,以润滑油的初始油膜位置和初始供油油膜厚度为对比输入参数,基于改进的Newton-Raphson迭代方法,求解出在乏油条件下齿轮传动线接触热弹流润滑的完全数值解。结果表明,齿轮传动入13区乏油程度的增加使油膜厚度明显降低,油膜中的平均温度升高,油膜压力分布趋于Hertz接触干摩擦状态。通过油雾润滑实验得出的润滑临界供油量与乏油弹流数值计算的结果是一致性。实验和数值分析结果表明,在乏油条件下齿轮接触区的温升是导致齿轮热胶合失效的直接原因。
