Rolling ball bearing working in the thermo-elastohydrodynamic lubrication (TEHL) condition, the oil film stiffness between its ball and race has a significant effect on bearing stiffness. Considering thermal effects and the influ- ences of lubricant entrainment velocity, oil film stiffness calculation model was set up based on point contact EHL Theory. Non-dimensional differential equations and discrete equations were deduced and viable relaxation iteration formulation was given for numerical calculation. By comparing the proposed model with previous models and related experimental data, the validity of the proposed model was verified. The results indicate that the calculation results of proposed model calculated with Newton-Raphson iteration method can well fit the experimental data. T)le established model can be used for ball bear- ing stiffness calculation as a basic model.在弹流动力润滑情况下,球轴承内部由于球滚动体与套圈滚道之间润滑油膜的存在,油膜刚度对轴承的整体刚度产生影响。针对点接触弹流润滑油膜刚度分析计算的建模问题,基于稳态热弹流动力润滑理论,考虑热效应、润滑油卷吸速度、油膜分布状态等因素,提出点接触时接触区弹流油膜刚度分析的计算模型,并推导量纲一油膜刚度方程和用于数值计算的离散方程、松弛迭代形式等,在此基础上利用多重网格理论和Newton―Raphson迭代法建立方程的计算求解方法,并与相关实验所得数据进行对比,结果表明建立的点接触热弹流润滑油膜刚度分析计算模型正确可行。
