通过扫描电镜（SEM）、能谱（EDS）和金相分析等方法对变速器中间轴联齿断裂失效原因进行分析,发现疲劳纹源中间轴联齿φ6.5 mm孔两侧,其断裂原因为中间轴联齿热处理校直后,退刀槽处R0.5圆角存在较大的拉应力。

By means of scanning electron microscopy（SEM）,energy spectrum（EDS） and metallographic analysis method on the transmission countershaft associated tooth fracture failure analysis,find crack source intermediate shaft coupling gear with 6.5 mm diameter holes on both sides,the fracture reason for intermediate shaft coupling gear after heat treatment after alignment,the existence of large tensile stress tool groove R0.5 fillet.
