对滚子表面划痕对润滑性能的影响进行研究。研究表明,划痕两侧将产生压力和温度升高及膜厚跌落,划哀中部将出现压力和温度跌落及膜厚增加,并且这一现象随划痕深度和宽度的增加趋于剧烈,将恶化滚子的应力状态;与划痕深度比,划痕宽度对划痕两侧最小膜厚的影响不显著。 Effects of surface scratch on the EHL performance of roller contacts were studied. It is concluded that surface scratch will generate a pressure increase, a high temperature and a thin film distributions on both outsides of the scratch, as well as a pressure drop, a low temperature and a thicker film distributions at the inside location of the scratch, and the above trend becomes more and more remarkable with the increase of the scratch depth and width. Therefore, it will produce a local sharp maximum stress concentration and may possiblly lead to lubrication failure, and accelerate the process of surface fatigue. Compared to the scratch depth, the effect of scratch width on the thin filmthickness on both outsides of the scratch is not notable.
