The lubricity and extreme pressure antiwear property of synthetic ester F water-based lubricant is good, it meets the adhe- sive property requirement of steel cord and rubber, which can replace import lubricant step by step.介绍合成酯在水基润滑剂中的应用。合成酯的分子结构可人为设计，将合成酯F作为主要组分与乳化剂及其他助剂配制成水基润滑剂，稀释后应用于水箱湿式拉拔大循环。经过3个月的拉丝生产，随机抽样选取钢帘线进行黏合性测定：胶料牌号D的黏合力为1710．0N，附胶率为81％；胶料牌号s的黏合力为1517．3N，附胶率为79％。合成酯F水基润滑剂的润滑性和极压抗磨性好，可满足钢帘线与橡胶的黏合性能要求，逐步替代进口。
