含介质油润滑条件下新型齿形链的耐磨性研究

In order to improve the wear resistance of auto and motor silent chain, the plate and pin of new silent chain was treated by different heat treatment methods. Under oil lubricating condition, the wear resistance of new silent chain was studied. The result show that the plate with higher bainite content has strong resistance of abrasive wear and fatigue wear, and the bainite content is appropriate in 70% - 80%. The main wear mechanism of new silent chain is abrasive wear, accompanied by mild fatigue wear under oil lubricating condition.为提高汽车摩托车正时齿形链的耐磨性,采用不同的热处理方法对新型齿形链的链板和销轴进行处理;在含有介质的油润滑条件下,研究新型齿形链的磨损特性。结果表明,下贝氏体含量较高的链板,具有较强的抵抗磨粒磨损和疲劳磨损的能力,下贝氏体含量以70%一80%为宜;在含有介质的油润滑条件下,新型齿形链的主要磨损机制为磨粒磨损,并伴有轻度疲劳磨损。
