For a long time,21/4Cr-1Mo thick steel plate,the main body material of the key equipments such as hydrogenation reactors in hydrogenation units,has always been dependence on import.Higher price and longer delivery period often restrict project construction.So,SINOPEC founded a research group for localization of 21/4Cr-1Mo thick steel plate up to 150 mm.The whole developmental process,including formation of research technical specification,establishment of steel plate producing process,properties of developmental steel plate,appraisal of developmental steel plate and selection of support project,brief introduction of support project,properties of subsequent steel plates,equipment manufacture and periodical appraisal,new developments etc were described in detail.The benefits brought about by successful exploitation of the project were also summarized.长期以来,加氢装置中的加氢反应器等核心设备使用的主体材料――21/4Cr-1Mo厚钢板一直依赖进口,价格高,交货周期长,经常成为制约项目建设的瓶颈。为此,中国石化集团组织成立了150mm厚度级21/4Cr-1Mo厚钢板国产化攻关课题组。从研制技术条件的编制、钢板生产工艺的确定、研制钢板的性能、研制钢板的评审和依托项目的确定、依托项目情况、后续钢板性能、设备制造和阶段性评审、新进展等方面对整个开发过程做了较详尽的介绍,并就该项目成功开发带来的益处进行了总结。
