翻车机是一种翻卸敞篷火车的大型机械设备,在国内广泛应用于电厂、码头、矿山等。翻车机轨道衡是一种安装在C型翻车机本体下的特殊轨道计量器具,使用翻车机本体作为称重平台,可由小型可编程控制器与翻车机控制系统实现自动称量,提高效率。翻车机轨道衡与动态轨道衡相比具有精度高、安装方便等优势。基于C＋＋ Builder的上位编程,实现了控制信号采集、发送,称重数据实时显示及网络上传等。

The dumper is a kind of large equipment used to dump convertible train, it is widely used in power plants, docks, mines. Dumper track scale is a special track measuring instruments installed on the C-type dumper body, using the dumper body as weighing platform, it can weigh automatically by the small programmable controller and dumper control system efficiently. Compared with dynamic track scale, dumper track scale is more precious and much more easy to install. Based on host programming using C＋＋ Builder, control signal acquisition, sending, weighing data real-time display and uploading are realized.
