利用AutoLISP语言在AutoCAD环境下对三种S型焊接金属波纹管设计进行了二次开发。首先确立金属波纹管的设计规则,然后根据相关变量(初始圆、内径以及外径、波距、壁厚、长直线距离以及短直线距离组成),并利用DCL文件对话框与程序相连接完成整个波纹管的设计过程,使得初学者只需输入金属波纹管的相关参数就可以在短时间内高效地设计出理想的金属波纹管。

A design program for diaphragm of three kinds of welded metal bellows is developed in this thesis. Firstly, Ihe principle of design metal bellows is confirmed and then the bellows is developed with an automatic design system according the parametric variables. The design program is written by using AutoL1SP language on the AutoCAD system. If a user inputs design variables, such as initial radius, inner and outer diameters, pitch, thickness of plate and land length, the diaphragm is automatically designed. Users can also seleet the type of bellows efficiently.
