宽频介电谱仪综合了中低频段集总参数回路测量技术与中高频段分布式参数回路测量技术,使得该仪器在测量材料的介电性能中不仅测试频率范围可达10-6~109Hz,同时获得很高的测量精度。加上该仪器具有的精确温度控制技术,使得介质样品温度测量范围可达-160~400°C。分析了宽频介电谱仪的测量误差以及引起误差的原因,包括由于仪器系统本身尤其是样品架与两电极系统的残余阻抗、被测样品的形状尤其是厚度的影响、介质样品与电极接触性能好坏、被测样品所处的环境(即温度、湿度、电磁屏蔽)等各种因素,使得仪器在使用过程中存在着一定的测量误差,而且上述因素还决定着仪器的测量精度下限。

This paper made a detailed analysis of the measuremenl principle of the BI)S, lhe measurement errm's, and tile causes these errors.
