采用科学计算和实际经验相结合的方法,类比同类车床立柱的结构,并依据有限元分析的数据,对该立柱结构进行优化。针对FwL-8立式车床立柱提出了三个减重方案。通过对立式车床立柱的有限元分析和结构优化,减轻了车床立柱的重量,节省了工程材料,立柱的强度、刚度和固有频率等指标能满住实际工作的需要,为同类型机床的设计生产提供了更多的理论依据。

In this paper, combining scientific computing with practical experience, along the similar lathe pillar structure and on the basis of the data of finite element analysis, three measures are made. Through the finite element analysis and structural optimization of FWL-8 vertical lathe pillar, it could reduce the weight of the lathe pillar and save the project materials, and the strength, stiffness and natural frequency could meet the need of actual work. It could provide more theoretical basis for the same the type of machine tool design and production.
