Based on the 3D design software of SolidWorks. the method of virtual design of distribuling cards mechanism is researched. The 3D parts model of dislribuling cards mechanism is made by using 3D modeling capabilities of SolidWorks. The parts assembly of distributing cards mechanism is completed with assembly capabilities of SolidWorks, the interference analysis is used to ensure the rationality of the paris structure. The development cycle of distribuling cards mechanism is shortened, and a viable method is provided for designing the automatically cards dealer products.
