Key words:atomizer,WTE,nozzle,block upThe centrifugal high-speed atomizer is the key e-quipment in the field of environmental protection in-dustry such as chemical industry,pharmacy,food,environmental protection.In the field of air pollutioncontrolling, the centrifugalused for desulfuration in theaction with others.Therefore,the flue gas can be e-liminated efectively。

DING Youqing:The Analysis and Countermeasure of CentrifugalAtomizer Nozzle Block Up 3the main cause of energy consumption.This energyconsumption is greater than that of atomizering.Forsmall size atomizer,the energy consumption of airdraw is especially notable comparing with atomizingrequired energy consumption. Design must diminishthe effect 0f air draw。

Fig.4 The efect of air draw within plateIn the case of closing down,the semi-dry limeslurry will solidify and form block because the semi-dry lime slurry is stop in the nozzle and the ambienttemperature is about 200 centigrade。

5.ConclusionsWhen the nozzle is blocked up,the plate willlose dynamic balance.And it wil cause vibration tothe atomizer.Th e htomizing effect will be reducedgreatly.Clearing nozzle becomes hard work。

From the analysis above.the counterm easure todeal with the nozzle block are below:1 The gap between atomizering plate and pro-tection cover should be smal1.At the same time,inorder to avoid collision or friction,the gap should notbe too smal1.For example,it is 3 millimeters。

2)Sending cold air within the cover to cool theinside of atomizer and to ensure the high pressurewithin cover.It prevents the air from entering the at-omizer from the gap between atomizing plate and COV-er。

3)The cross section size of the nozzle should bedesigned according to that liquid flow is ful of noz-zle。

4)When the atomizer is stop,the nozzle shouldbe passed by clean water。

摘要:垃圾焚烧发电是城市生活垃圾处理的最理想方式,但是 它将产生二次污染,因此,必须对烟 气进行净化处理 ,而高速离心雾化器就是用在烟气净化处理 中的关键装备。针对高速 离心雾化器在使用过程 中其喷嘴容易堵塞的现象进行 了分析,并提出了解决方案。
