The harmonic potential and additional torque derived by tooth harmonic magnetic field in the start-up phase of the deep grooves asynchronous squirrel-cage magnetic coupling can causes the machine vibration. This paper starts from the inhibition principle on cogging torque, study on the influence of inner rotor chute on cogging torque and output torque of deep grooves asynchronous squirrel-cage magnetic coupling, and provide certain theoretical reference for the design of the magnetic coupling.
