摘 要
本文根据已知的球阀设计经验对DN为250mm,设计压力为2Mpa的球阀进行设计,主要包括了材料选择、结构设计和强度校核等,在结构和材料方面在满足强度的前提下,尽量降低结构的复杂性,以更小的消耗、更简单的结构来实现成品的设计优化,同时对球阀的零部件进行三维设计及装配仿真。
本设计以已给的设计条件为着眼点,同时根据国家阀门标准为中心,借助Pro/E三维软件、AUTOCAD二维制图软件根据球阀设计手册的标准框架的结构形式对产品进行了三维建模、二维制图,最终确定球阀的结构形式并进行运动仿真,这对以后设计与研究同类球阀具有-定的参考价值。

Abstract
This article according to the known ball valve design experience to DN is 250mm, the design pressure is the 2Mpa ball valve carries on the design, mainly has included the choice of material, the structural design and the intensity examination and so on。In the structure and material aspect in satisfying under the intensity premise, reduce the structure as far as possible the complexity, by a smaller consumption, a simpler structure realizes the end product design optimization. The province strength organization does for a task of design part, we need to choose the appropriate organization according to ball valves characteristic.
This design takes the given design conditions as the objective point, simultaneously according to the national valve standard is the center, with the aid of the Pro/E three dimensional software and AUTOCAD two-dimensional charting software has carried on the three dimensional modelling, the two-dimensional charting according to the ball valve design handbooks standard frames structural style to the product, finally determined that ball valves structural style, this will have certain reference value to the later design and research similar ball valve.
