结合实例研究液压拉伸机曲肘合模机构,导出液压拉伸机曲肘机构的数学模型,并分别以最大增力比、最大行程比和功效系数为目标,基于外惩罚函数法对曲肘机构进行优化设计,并通过SolidWoks对优化结果进行模拟。结果表明:机构运动良好无干涉,该优化设计合理可行,对工程设计具有重要的应用价值。 The mathematical model of the toggle clamping unit of the hydraulic stress machine was gotten based on the research of a real hydraulic stress machine. By regarding the amplification on clamping force, stroke ratio and efficiency coefficient as the object, the external penalty function method was used for optimizing design of the toggle clamping unit. The optimal results were simulated by SolidWorks software. The results show that it works well without any interference, the optimizing design of the toggle clamping unit is feasible and reasonable, and it is of great importance for the engineering design application.
