利用实体接触关系建立含间隙转动铰模型,采用非线性弹簧阻尼器接触力和基于速度的摩擦力计算转动铰元素之间的作用力,通过一含多间隙转动铰曲柄摇杆机构的虚拟样机仿真算例,分析转动铰元素之间的相对运动以及间隙对摇杆运动性能的影响,为提高机构性能提供依据。 On the basis of physical contact,the model of revolute joint with clearance is established.According to the contact force affected by nonlinear spring-damper and friction affected by speed,the applied force between joints is calculated.Dynamic simulation of crank-rocker mechanism is analyzed on the relative motion between the elements of different joints,as well as the effect on capacities of rocker movement by clearance.Thus it offers a reliable theoretical basis for enhancing the mechanism performance.
