针对管道减振提出一种开孔阻尼结构,为分析此开孔阻尼结构的减振性能,采用模态应变能法,利用有限元软件ANSYS,并通过APDL语言编程,实现了弹性一粘弹性复合结构的近似动力学计算,为工程实际中粘弹阻尼结构的设计、分析提供一种简单可行的方法。采用此方法分析本文提出的开孔阻尼结构,得到一些有用的结论,可为类似充液管道的减振降噪提供有益借鉴。 A perforated damping structure is put forward for vibration reduction of pipes of the structure. The vibration performance of this structure is analyzed in use of the modal strain energy method. The approximate dynamics calculation of elastic-viscoelastic composite structure is achieved by using FEM software ANSYS and APDL language programming. This method can be used to design and analyze viscoelastic damping structures in engineering practice simply and feasibly. The perforated damping structure presented in this paper is analyzed by means of this method and some useful conclusions are drawn which can be used as a reference for vibration and noise control of fluid filled pipes.
