基于响应曲面法的新型阻尼器特性分析

A new damper was designed from the point which combined with the advantage of liquid damper and the inherent characteristics of flexible manipulators. For the problem that there were diffculties in analyzing the flu- id-structure interaction model with analytical method, a new idea which numerical method to conduct fluid-structure interaction model was introduced. At first, the damper model was established using the finite element method, and then the sensitivity about various parements of the damper on the fluid stiffness and damping was achived using DOE method. Secondly, the response surface which demonstrated the relationship between film thickness, viscosity and damping was got by using response method, and the anlysis was carried out. At the same time,its fitting accua- cy was verified. The results show the effectiveness of respones surface method. Finally, the correctness of the above discussion is verified through the analysis of the case.结合液体阻尼器的优点与柔性机械手的自身特点设计一种新型阻尼器。针对阻尼器的流固耦合模型分析困难的问题,引入一种数值方法来处理流固耦合模型的新思路。首先利用有限元法建立阻尼器模型。采用DOE试验法得到阻尼器各参数对液体附加刚度和阻尼的灵敏度。然后利用响应曲面法得到油膜厚度和黏度与阻尼的响应曲面并进行分析,同时对其拟合精度进行验证。结果显示出响应曲面法的有效性。最后,通过算例分析验证阻尼器的有效性,并进一步验证上面得出结论的正确性。
