The solution for normal contact static elastic stiffness of two interacting asperities was derived ac- cording to Hertzian contact theory. The analytic expressions for joint interface gross normal contact static e- lastic stiffness with a certain condition and total load with a given one were deduced from the improved fractal geometric theory. The formulae for interface static elastic rigidity and total load were given in terms of an em- pirical power-law relationship of the form about machine tool joint interface normal deflection-pressure from reference[10]. The calculations of engineering rough surface make clear that the normal total stiffness-load curve is in basic agreement with the experimental conclusion stated by reference[10]. The improved fractal geometric theory will pave a firm foundation for further fractal studies as well as identifying joint interface's parameters.根据赫兹接触理论推导两个微凸体之间互相作用的法向接触静弹性刚度.使用改进分形几何理论给出结合部的总法向接触静弹性条件刚度、总条件载荷的解析解.根据文献[10]的机床结合部法向变形量一压应力的经验幂律关系形式,推导界面静弹性刚度、总载荷的表达式.工程粗糙表面的算例表明,总法向刚度载荷曲线与文献[10]的实验结论基本一致.改进分形几何理论为深入研究分形和提取结合部参数提供了坚实的基础.
