Aim at the vibration of cutting machine under tail-wagging work state, magnetic double wheel machine is designed, the problem of vibration and orientation precision low are solved. The paper introduces five part contents which include power choice,bracket design,transmission project selection, magnetic bottom optimization and work principle introduction. Damping vibration function is achieved by choosing S-N magnetic pedestal, orientation precision is advanced adopting symmetry configuration for eliminating dynamic imbalance.针对切割机在电机高速旋转工作状态下所出现的机身颤振问题,设计了一款磁吸附式双轮减振切割机,解决机身颤振与切割刀片定位精度差等问题。通过完成切割机动力源选择、支架结构设计、传动方案选用、磁座位置优化、整机工作原理分析等五部分内容,选用S―N极磁性底座,实现对金属切割体吸附式的减振,采用双轮对称结构,消除系统动态不平衡力,提高切割片定位精度。
