The study of ceramic ball polishing machine is in the early experimental stage in our country.Compared with other materials,the ceramic material of ceramic ball has its unique advantages in terms of performance and has wide application value.In order to study its laws,it is necessary to develop the polishing experimental machine.In this paper,the work theories of ST-16J drilling are analyzed,the ceramic ball polishing mechanism is studied.In addition,the polishing laws,polishing attachments and polishing of the auxiliary materials are analyzed.On this basis,combing with its structure characteristics,the ST-16J drilling is refitted after sufficient demonstration.This refitting not only saves the manufacturing cost of the polishing test machine,but also reflects the polish law and achieves the purpose of the experiment.我国陶瓷球抛光机的研究还处于初级实验阶段,因用于陶瓷球的陶瓷材料在性能方面的优越性,而具有广泛的应用价值.因此为研究其规律,对陶瓷球抛光试验机进行了开发和研究.首先分析了ST-16J钻床的工作原理,然后对陶瓷球抛光的机理作了研究,另外对其抛光规律、抛光附加装置及抛光所用辅助材料也作了分析.在此基础上,结合ST-16J钻床的结构特点,进行了改装设计,并在充分论证改装方案的基础上进行了改装.这种改装既节约了制造抛光试验机的成本,又能反映抛光规律,达到实验目的.
