泡沫金属填充板式换热器的传热特性研究

Comprehensive performance of foam filled metal plate heat exchanger was expenmental studied using air as medium. Heat transfer efficiency and pressure loss of plate heat exchanger filling foam metal of different hole density was mainly researched. The results show that using air as medium for plate heat exchanger, when filled with foam metal, heat transfer efficiency is significantly improved with less pressure loss and pressure loss increases with the hole density. The research results will have an important practical value in designing and manufacturing light and efficient heat exchanger.以空气为介质对泡沫金属填充板式换热器的综合性能进行了试验研究,主要研究了不同孔密度的泡沫金属填充板式换热器的传热效率及压力损失。结果表明:对于以空气为介质的板式换热器,填充泡沫金属后,在较小的压力损失下传热效率得到显著提高,压力损失随孔密度的增大而增大。研究结果对设计制造轻型紧凑的高效换热器有工程实用价值。
