Based on Adams, an equivalent method of the complex contact analysis is proposed by combination study of kinematic pairs. A case model is simulated and tested and the simulation results are consistent with the test results. The equivalent method for complex contact model analysis is more accuracy, and it helps to improve the calculation efficiency of the model.
