The ultimate shock load can be reached when the large permanent deformation of steel-string vibration isolators occurs.In this paper,the ultimate shock load of GS2 steel-string vibration isolator was investigated experimentally.In addition,the anti-shock performance of the isolator was simulated by means of the finite element software ABAGUS.Good agreement between the numerical results and experimental results proved the efficiency of the numerical method.This study has provided a reference for anti-shock design of the steel-string vibration isolators.采用试验方法对GS2型钢丝绳隔振器的极限冲击载荷进行探索,隔振器发生较大永久变形时隔振器达到冲击极限。此外,基于通用有限元软件ABAQUS对GS2型钢丝绳隔振器的抗冲性能进行数值模拟,并与试验结果进行比较,取得较好的效果,这为类似钢丝绳隔振器的抗冲动态特性研究提供了一种简单、合理的工程设计借鉴。
